O.J. and Coffee with Splenda
Lunch-
8oz chicken breast- grilled (left over from Friday night)
Whole mess of carrots with Splenda and a little margarine
Bowl of summer squash boiled with onions
corn bread muffin
Dinner-
Chicken salad sandwitch from NEWK’S deli- (NO CHEESE!!)
Small bowl of Blue Belle Lite Vanilla Ice Cream
