Don’t love the ‘Go Braves’ sentiment, though. If you could throw in a ‘Go Cards!’ every now and then, that would be a nice balance, don’t you think? :)

I guess I’m more doer than “tryer.” Research does show that trying seems a good idea. Perhaps the key is trying the right way.

That is how I aim for my goal, 10 lbs at a time. It is the only way to avoid the frustrations of I have 50 or 60 to lose and not getting there fast enough and giving up.
