I'm lucky in that my family eats Thanksgiving dinner at a local restaurant. One meal, controlled portions, no leftovers. Since I eat turkey 3-4 times a week all year and I don't care for most of the side dishes, this works well for me. :)

Wishing you and your family a happy holiday season, Rob!

But if you are planning not to follow your doctor's advices after the procedure, then you shouldn't undergo to a liposuction surgery. Thanks!

Any kind of surgery is an extreme decision and should not be taken lightly. Liposuction is an intense procedure and you must maintain the results.

I think it is important to remember to work out and eat right after liposuction or you WILL gain the weight back. Also using Liposuction as weight loss to begin with is sort of cheating your body of being healthy.

Very true... Riding my mountain bike for 4 weeks dropped my BP from 142/82 to 120/80. Resting heart rate went from 120 to 70. Both are still falling....

Yesterday at Angel Stadium Fan Fest I saw the EFX holographic power bracelets being sold by a chap named Mark in a booth with a banner selling the benefits of Power, Balance, Energy, Stamina... With logic & science, I discovered for myself that they are indeed a scam. Plus my kids saw how to counter false claims. LOL

PS: The guys had a pile of competitors bands. People were taking him up on his offer of $10 credit toward the purchase of his "stronger" ones in return for the "weaker" ones. SCAAAAM!!!
