Hug your colon

Regular exercise helps people with colon cancer.

According to a study in the December 14, 2009 issue of the Archives of Internal Medicine, Boston Mass. researchers looked at over 600 men who had the disease. Those that exercised regularly were 53% less likely to die… well, we will all eventually die, but they were prone to stick around for at least another 8 years.

The ones that did the best were the ones that exercised at least 6 hours per week.
