Afternoon Snack-
Wal-Mart brand Honey and Oat Granola Bar
Dinner-
12 oz NY strip steak (o.k.- I was bad)
1 ear of corn on the cob with margarine
2 Sam Adams Light beers
Well, that was it for yesterday- Sam Adams Light is the best light beer I have found… 125 calories is more than some light beers, but it is SO much better than most that I have tried. I went ahead and ate the steak because- heck, that is why I went running yesterday morning.
