Coffee with Splenda
Lunch-
Ham (4 deli slices) sandwich with mustard and Lite Helman’s Mayo
Baked Cheetos (handful)
Afternoon Snack-
Scoop of Blue Bell Lite Vanilla Ice Cream
Dinner-
8oz Chicken Breast (Grilled outside Friday Night)
Small bowl of summer squash (boiled with onions)
Small bowl of carrots (boiled then sweetened with Splenda and with margarine.
Three Abita Purple Haze beers (regular beer- not light)
Late night (about 1:30am)-
Couple of scoops of Blue Bell Lite Vanilla Ice Cream
Didn’t do TOO bad today. Could have done without the beer… but, I like beer.
