The Dietitian… FINALLY!

Really sore. Hard to get in and out of the car.

Met with the dietitian this morning. FINALLY. Got set up on the eating plan. Really it is not that different from just being on a kind of watch what you are doing kind of thing. She and I agreed that I will be burning lots of calories with working out and that it is not going to be THAT critical. She says that she wants me to eat about 2200-2500 calories a day.

The other main thing that she wants me to do is to journal all my food. In other words, write down EVERYTHING that I eat. She says that this will keep me honest and will help to look back on the day and be aware of what I have eaten.
