Just discovered your blog today through your comment on my blog – amazing transformation you’ve been through! It’s great to see people who’ve been successful with a big weight loss. With a little over fifty pounds down, and about seventy-five left to lose, I’m always looking for success stories to keep me inspired.

I totally agree about snacking. It helps me not get out of hand at meal times, too. I try to eat something at least every four hours.

Glad you’re still posting as you maintain your loss!

Keep it up… and oh, BTW- I am maintaining, so I like to pat myself on the back, but I would like to lose a little more.
