I’m a huge believer in avoiding HFCS at all costs!! I’ve written my argument on my blog (link provided). Additionally, this article states everything that I’ve read about it: http://www.princeton.edu/main/news/archive/S26/91/22K07/index.xml?section=
BTW you mixed up your hormones… Ghrelin is the hormone that tells you you’re hungry, especially when you’re stressed… LEPTIN is the hormone that tells you you’re full
and HFCS does not signal the body to produce leptin like sugar does.

I do my best not to eat it either. And all of the other sugars that have anonymous names. Crazy that sugar has to be “made” or created in a lab and that we are addicted to it.

Happy Saturday, Ron! Thanks for stopping by my blog today! (I put the Elvis song on my sidebar)
By eating mostly clean now, I’ve eliminated a huge percentage of HFCS. I don’t have much food in the house that’s processed anymore. It’s crazy how many products this stuff is in.
I eat Splenda, though, so I can’t act all virtuous yet. :p
I laughed when you said it wasn’t YOU who was being potty-trained. Thank God you cleared THAT up! lol
